Doug May founded QoS in June of 1999, and has
led the company from start-up to a leadership position in the
Maryland/Virginia rep market. Mr. May previously worked for
Integrated Device Technology (IDT) where he held several
positions including Lucent North America Account Manager, and
Lucent North America Field Applications Engineer (FAE). Mr. May also spent four years
as an IDT geographic field applications engineer responsible for
the NJ through SC territory. Mr. May’s engineering experience
includes nine combined years of digital design work at Northrop
Grumman and Martin Marietta, where he specialized in CPU and
digital signal processing (DSP) architectures. Mr.May
holds a BES from Johns
Hopkins University
and an MSEE from
Loyola
College.

Eric Hole
co-founded QoS in June of 1999 and was instrumental in the
company’s evolution from start-up to its present stature. Prior to the genesis of QoS, Mr.
Hole was a Technical Sales Manager at Future Electronics in Linthicum,
MD. Mr. Hole also spent over two
years at IDT as a geographic field applications engineer (FAE)
covering NJ through VA. Mr.
Hole’s technical support career started at Insight Electronics, Columbia,
MD, where he helped to open the
branch in 1994. Mr. Hole
spent 12 years as a design engineer at Martin Marietta where he
developed an expertise in fiber optics, analog design, and digital
signal processing (DSP). His educational background includes a BSEE
from Purdue
University and an MSEE from Loyola
College.

Michele
Wiseman joined QoS in March of 2006. Ms. Wiseman previously
worked two years with Strategic Sales, Inc. as a
Manufacturer's Representative. Prior to this she gained four
years experience with Integrated Device Technology as a Distribution Coordinator in MD, VA, So. NJ, and PA
Territory. Ms. Wiseman also spent ten years in Distribution
working with Nu Horizons Electronics, and Insight Electronics.
Ms. Wiseman holds a BA degree from Old Dominion
University.

Steve Ucci joined QoS in
April 2004. Before joining QoS, Mr. Ucci spent over three
years in field applications with Jaco/Reptron Electronics
covering the New York Metro, Philadelphia, Maryland, and
Virginia markets. Prior to that Mr. Ucci spent 15 years at
Pulse Engineering as a design and product engineer where he
specialized in magnetics development, and signal integrity
analysis. Mr. Ucci holds a BSEE in Electrical/Biomedical
Engineering from Temple University.

Ken Agren
joined QoS in March, 2004. Prior to joining QoS, Mr. Agren spent
over eight years in field applications and technical sales with
Hitachi Semiconductor/Renesas Technology.
Mr. Agran was an Area Account manager
with Insight Electronics, and for two years served as a technical
sales manager with Future Electronics. Mr. Agren’s
engineering experience includes positions as a design engineer and
project lead with Hercules Aerospace Display Systems and Sparton Electronics. Mr. Agren holds a BSEE
from Drexel
University.
